satisfied with a purchase, we offer a simple hassle free return procedure.
Window of Return: Customers have a full 30 days
from the day an order is received to return items.
The Golden Rule: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and include all the original packaging.
Return Costs
Product Complications: If the product is
defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, there will be no
cost to the customer.
If You Change Your Mind: If you purchase the
wrong size, change your mind, or the item didn’t fit as expected, the actual
cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email our team at info@evergreenorchard.com.
Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Item Packaging: Please pack the item securely in
its original packaging, making sure all the accessories, tags, and documents
are included.
Ship it Out: Simply drop off your package at the
nearest shipping carrier location. You will be provided with a return
authorization email.
Processing your Refund
Inspection: Once we have received your returned
item, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: After item is inspected, your refund
will be processed as soon as possible. It typically takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment
method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, a few specific items are final sale. If a
