Return Costs
Product Complications: If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, there will be no cost to the customer. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
If You Change Your Mind: Yes, we accept exchanges. If you purchase the wrong size, change your mind, or the item didn’t fit as expected, the actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email our team at info@evergreenorchard.com Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Item Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure all the accessories, tags, and documents are included.
Ship it Out: Simply drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location. You will be provided with a return authorization email.
Processing your Refund
Inspection: Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: After item is inspected, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. It typically takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
